“Great science happens when different expertise comes together,” said Dr Zach Pang, Co-founder of Minré. “By combining Singapore’s strengths in biotechnology with Korea’s leadership in beauty and aesthetic innovation, we’re bringing together complementary expertise to create better skincare.”

Dr Chee Wai Fhu, Co-founder of Minré, added: “The future of skincare will be shaped by science-backed innovation, not short-lived trends. Better science ultimately allows us to build better skincare.”

    Micro PDRN for Next-Generation Skincare
Xenohelix’s miPDRN® is designed to support enhanced skin penetration. At approximately 12 kDa and around 20 base pairs, it is described by Xenohelix as the world’s smallest PDRN molecule, with its ultra-small size designed to support more effective absorption and deeper penetration into the skin. JAC Motors Returns to IAA Transportation 2026 with a Four-Model European Line-up — "For Greener Cities, NOW" in Action

HANOVER, GERMANY – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 September 2026 – JAC Motors is set to return to IAA TRANSPORTATION, as the 72nd edition of the event prepares to open in this northern German city. At Hall 12, Stand C08, the company will showcase its latest offerings across a 300-square-meter booth. With 62 years of automotive manufacturing experience and 12 million vehicles delivered to customers worldwide, JAC Motors will once again take the stage at one of the global commercial vehicle industry’s leading events.

JAC Motors Returns to IAA Transportation 2026 with a Four-Model European Line-up — “For Greener Cities, NOW” in Action

This is JAC Motors’ second appearance at IAA Transportation. The lineup on display includes four models developed with the European market in mind: the Electric Light-duty Truck N90 EV and N42 EV, the Electric Van SUNRAY PRO, and the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Pickup T9 PHEV.

Over the past two years, Chinese automotive manufacturers have become a more visible presence in Europe. From commercial vehicles to passenger cars, from fully built imports to local assembly, Chinese brands are increasingly part of the conversation around Europe’s transport electrification. JAC Motors is one of those brands.

    A Changing EuropeanMarket

For European logistics operators, the calculus around fleet renewal has shifted significantly in recent years.

With the EU’s CO2 fleet targets for trucks and vans now locked in, commercial vehicles on European roads will gradually go electric over the next decade. The transition is about more than replacing diesel with battery power – it involves charging infrastructure, total cost of ownership, and systematic changes to fleet operations.

JAC Motors recognised this shift when it first presented its European strategy at IAA Transportation 2024 under the banner “For Greener Cities, NOW.” Over the past two years, the strategy has moved from announcement to implementation: JAC Motors Italy has been established, creating a product, marketing, service, and parts hub with regional coverage across Europe. Meanwhile, the company is rapidly expanding its sales and service network in key markets including Spain, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, and has formed partnerships with multiple major fleet operators.

    JAC Motors‘ Strengths

Trust is the hurdle Chinese commercial-vehicle brands must clear in Europe. Product specifications can be compared, but reliability, service capability, and long-term commitment take time to prove. JAC Motors responds to these expectations with 62 years of accumulated experience.

Technology: JAC Motors’ R&D spending reached 8.99% of revenue in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of 20.64%. On the technology innovation front, leveraging its self-developed EV platform across the full product-development cycle. In battery technology, the company collaborates with CATL to develop customised, highly integrated and reliable battery packs equipped with an all-domain liquid-cooled thermal management system that maintains constant temperature across the pack. JAC is also pursuing both fast-charging and battery-swapping solutions in parallel for the Chinese market. In terms of reliability validation, JAC adheres to a “forward design, full-scenario validation, and extreme-condition testing” integrated system. All new e-powertrain (battery, e-drive and power electronics) and chassis-integration technologies undergo extensive real-vehicle durability validation covering extreme heat and cold, high altitude, hot-and-humid and mountainous conditions, and mountainous conditions, with tens of thousands of kilometres of real-world testing conducted in advance. Looking ahead, JAC’s commercial vehicle business aims to achieve new breakthroughs in range, energy efficiency, and intelligence, targeting a further 10–15% reduction in operators’ total costs of operation.

Partnerships: Volkswagen Group has established a long-term strategic partnership with JAC Motors in the electric vehicle sector, which serves as an important reference point for JAC Motors’ quality standards in Europe. CATL works with JAC Motors on battery innovation. These partnerships with globally recognised companies help JAC Motors demonstrate to European dealers and customers that JAC Motors works to international standards.

Customers: JAC Motors products are now available in more than 130 countries and regions worldwide, with cumulative deliveries cumulative deliveries of more than 12 million vehicles. Fortune Global 500 companies including PepsiCo, DHL, and Heineken have already deployed JAC Motors vehicles in their operations.

    Four Models, Four Operating Scenarios

At this year’s IAA Transportation, the four models on display each address a distinct European operational scenario – from urban delivery to intercity logistics, and from plug-in hybrid to zero-emission transport.

The N90 EV – a 9-tonne battery-electric distribution truck with increased payload capacity. Powered by a 100.46 kWh CATL battery. With a range of 180 km (WLTP-based testing) and 100 kW fast charging capability, it recharges quickly for minimal downtime.

The N42 EV – featuring a newly designed closed front fascia and powered by a 77.28 kWh CATL battery – offering one of the largest battery capacities in its class – it delivers a WLTP range approaching 200 km.

The SUNRAY PRO – born-electric skateboard platform panel van, offering 8.3 m³ of cargo space, a maximum payload of 1.3 tonnes, an ultra-low load-floor height that leads its class. Its born-electric architecture redefines the spatial logic of logistics vehicles.

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Pickup T9 PHEV – industry-first 4DHT decoupled off-road hybrid system, delivering up to 1,000 km (combined, CLTC). Positioned as a crossover for both commercial and private use, the T9 PHEV offers the European market an electrified powertrain with clear technical differentiation.

“For Greener Cities, NOW”: From Slogan to Action

For the European logistics industry, “green” means lower fleet emissions and the delivery of EU decarbonisation targets. For JAC Motors, going green is about more than just selling EVs. It means using scenario-specific models as touchpoints, connecting energy, financing, bodybuilders and logistics partners to evolve from a product provider into from vehicle supplier to orchestrator of a green-logistics ecosystem. In Europe, JAC Motors Italy, its German dealer network and a next-day parts supply system are already up and running.

“For Greener Cities, NOW” is no longer a slogan. It is what every JAC Motors EV on the road delivers.

Thailand Signals Decisive Pivot to High-Income Status as Bangkok Business Summit 2026 Concludes with Public-Private Execution Pact

Deputy Prime Minister Ekniti Nitithanprapas outlined an investment-led blueprint anchored by an upgraded Joint Public Private Committee (JPCC), private-sector syndication, and World Bank alignment ahead of the 2026 Annual Meetings and 2028 ASEAN Chairmanship.

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 September 2026 – Thailand is ready to cross into “new horizons” — achieving high-income status and driving a more resilient ASEAN, declared Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Dr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas as he delivered the closing address at the Bangkok Business Summit 2026 today,

Detailing the strategic “why, how, and design” of the national transition, Dr. Ekniti stated that entering new horizons is an unavoidable global imperative. While ASEAN is uniquely positioned to capture emerging opportunities, the region must guard against severe geopolitical, technological, and climate risks with proactive, unified action.

Dr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, at the closing panel of the Bangkok Business Summit 2026.

“The goals must be clear, and we are completely on the same page: Thailand must achieve high-income status,” said Dr. Ekniti.

“The recipe provided by the World Bank aligns directly with what our business leaders have outlined. An investment-led growth policy, private-sector-centred endeavours, and persistent implementation are what the government and business community are now executing together. Think of the seven new growth engines as our forwards on the pitch. The government acts as both coach and midfielder — spearheading investment, driving trade, empowering SMEs, unlocking regulatory friction, and cultivating human capital. Meanwhile, fiscal and financial stability serves as our steadfast defensive backline.”

Dr. Ekniti affirmed that the Joint Public and Private Committee (JPPC) will no longer function as a purely advisory body, but will operate as an executive economic steering council mandated to enact structural reforms and track execution against the World Bank’s recommendations.

“We will not be the same old Thailand. We will be driving the global agenda. Thailand will enter new horizons, empower people, and build resilience,” Dr. Ekniti emphasised. “In the next two years, Thailand will assume the Chairmanship of ASEAN. We will establish a long-term, multi-year agenda for a stronger, more resilient ASEAN. If this new model of public-private partnership carries on, we will decisively reinvent Thailand.”

Key leaders representing the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry, and Banking (JSCCIB) delivered strategic sector priorities to anchor the transition.

Representatives of the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) share Thailand's strategic economic direction.
Representatives of the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) share Thailand’s strategic economic direction.

Payong Srivanich, Chairman of the JSCCIB and the Thai Bankers’ Association, underscored that reinventing the economy requires modernising legacy industries while creating space for future engines.

“From three core challenges – structural, competitiveness, and public-sector efficiency – came the White Paper outlining the seven industries of the future,” stated Mr. Payong. “This time, the government has presented a credible policy framework based on collaborative public-private partnership. Thailand must address fundamental security—whether in food, energy, or low-carbon growth. We are declaring to the world that we are done with planning and on the same page. Now we are geared up for execution.”

Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, stressed that amid geopolitical friction, geoeconomics, and regional conflict, growth must be anchored in ASEAN’s 600-plus million people which serve as both supply and demand networks.

Adapting to international trading rules is inseparable from Thailand’s targeted accession to the OECD by 2028. The accession process acts as the structural catalyst to modernise domestic legislation, corporate governance, transparency, and fair market competition to premier global standards—lowering compliance costs and solidifying investor confidence.

Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairwoman of the Federation of Thai Industries, insisted that Thailand must build its own brand; it can no longer afford to be just the world’s OEM. She called for a decisive departure from labor-cost competition toward high productivity, automation, AI, and green sustainability. She advocated expanding target sectors—such as next-generation electric vehicles, smart electronics, automation, and wellness—while enforcing enhanced public procurement.

Carlos Felipe Jaramillo, Vice President for East Asia and Pacific at the World Bank, observed that the eyes of the financial world will be on Bangkok next month as it hosts the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings, providing Thailand with a premier global stage to show that it is advancing on a credible pathway to attain high-income status by 2037.

“The World Bank has presented a series of structural reforms that Thailand can pursue to reach high-income status, creating more and better-paying jobs for young Thais in the future,” Mr. Jaramillo stated. “The plan deliberately puts the private sector at the center, because experience has taught us that the private sector is the primary engine of employment. This reform agenda is multifaceted, requiring coordinated national effort, and, more importantly, relentless persistence in implementation.”

The Bangkok Business Summit 2026 concluded with a clear consensus: today’s closing discussions mark the formal launch of sustained, institutionalised execution across the public sector, private enterprise, and multilateral institutions to ensure Thailand stands as a resilient economic anchor for the wider ASEAN region.

  • Hong Kong Positioned to Become a Leading Hub for Nature and Blue Finance

Hong Kong Positioned to Become a Leading Hub for Nature and Blue Finance

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 September 2026 – As the world scrambles to close a staggering US$942 billion annual funding gap for nature[1], Hong Kong already has the pipeline, the policies, and the architecture to lead, and a new report says the time to act is now.

Released today by ADM Capital Foundation, Blue Bond Accelerator, Hong Kong Green Finance Association, and The Nature Conservancy, the report “Developing Hong Kong as a Nature Financing Hub – A case for advancing nature and blue bonds” makes a bold case: Hong Kong doesn‘t just belong in the nature finance conversation, it can define it.

The trigger? The Northern Metropolis (NM), a 30,000-hectare mega-development, offers a live portfolio of potentially scalable nature and blue-green infrastructure projects, from large-scale wetland parks and coastal protection zones to revitalised river /drainage channels. The report argues that issuing nature-themed bonds isn‘t aspirational, it‘s the logical next step for a city that already runs one of Asia-Pacific‘s largest government green bond programmes, having raised nearly HK$250 billion (US$32 billion) by the end of 2025[2].

More striking still, nearly 80% of Hong Kong’s green and sustainable bond issuance is private-sector led, proof that the city doesn’t just talk about mobilising capital — it delivers.

“Climate and biodiversity are not side issues, they are systemic financial risks,” the report warns.

With over 75% of Asia‘s GDP dependent on nature, ecosystem decline is an economic threat that reaches far beyond the environment. But Hong Kong can turn that risk into an opportunity. By aligning its Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan 2035 with national priorities such as “Beautiful China” under the 15th Five-Year Plan, Hong Kong can emerge as a premier nature and blue finance hub, not just for local projects, but as a bridge between the Chinese Mainland and ASEAN.

The report lays out five strategic pillars to make this happen, from expanding Hong Kong‘s Sustainable Finance Taxonomy to include biodiversity and the blue economy, to pioneering blended finance models that de-risk nature projects. It also sizes up four bond structures: use-of-proceeds, resilience, sustainability-linked and outcome bonds, each tailored to different stages of project development.

The foundations are in place. By acting decisively, Hong Kong can establish a model for financing nature-positive infrastructure that can be scaled across Asia. The Northern Metropolis isn’t just a development project; it’s a defining moment in nature financing leadership.

  • From Tablet to Spray: elivity® Introduces NANOBOOST Absorption Technology to Asia

From Tablet to Spray: elivity® Introduces NANOBOOST Absorption Technology to Asia

How a supplement is absorbed matters as much as what it contains. For consumers in Asia, access to technology that addresses that question directly has, until now, been limited.

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 September 2026 – elivity®, Singapore’s science-first longevity supplement brand, has introduced NANOBOOST in Asia. Co-developed with a German biotech spin-off of Hamburg University, NANOBOOST is a patent-pending delivery technology built on advanced liposomal science, designed to support the efficient absorption of active compounds in their oral spray formats. It is the first technology of its class to reach consumers across Asia.

From Tablet to Spray: elivity® Introduces NANOBOOST Absorption Technology to Asia
From Tablet to Spray: elivity® Introduces NANOBOOST Absorption Technology to Asia

    Co-developed with German Biotech Science

NANOBOOST was developed through a collaboration between elivity® and a biotech company originating from Hamburg University, bringing together pharmaceutical delivery research and longevity supplement science.

The technology is a further development of liposomal delivery. Liposomal delivery works by enclosing active compounds within a lipid-based shell that protects them as they move through the digestive environment. The shell’s composition mirrors the cell membrane, supporting compatibility with the body’s own biological structures. NANOBOOST takes that principle further through precision homogenisation, a process that produces a range of ultra-fine delivery vehicles: liposomes, nanoemulsions, micelles, and hybrid systems. Each is engineered to carry and release active compounds through the body’s natural absorption mechanisms.

What NANOBOOST Changes About Supplement Absorption

Conventional oral supplements travel through the gastrointestinal tract before entering systemic circulation. Along that route, active compounds face enzymatic activity, fluctuating pH, and conditions that can degrade sensitive ingredients well before they reach their target. For longevity-focused formulations, that journey represents a significant variable.

elivity®’s oral sprays take a different route. Delivered beneath the tongue, active compounds are absorbed directly through the mucosal tissue and into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract entirely. How efficiently that absorption occurs depends on the structure of the liquid carrying them.

That is where NANOBOOST operates. Applied in liquid form, the technology produces ultra-fine structures within the spray solution: liposomes, nanoemulsions, and hybrid systems. These protect active compounds from oxidation and premature degradation and support their absorption through the mucosal pathway. Every millilitre of elivity®’s oral sprays contains over 300 trillion of these liquid microcapsules, a density that gives the technology its capacity to support efficient absorption at scale.

Bioavailability is not determined by what a label states. It is shaped by how much of an active compound survives the journey and reaches systemic circulation in a usable form. Delivery format, ingredient stability, and structural integrity through digestion all shape that outcome. NANOBOOST is designed to improve all three.

NANOBOOST in Practice: Two Products, One Delivery Standard

elivity®’s energize booster spray and melatonin spray are both formulated using NANOBOOST delivery technology, applying the same absorption pathway across their respective formulations.

For consumers in Singapore and across Asia, where awareness of longevity science is growing alongside one of the fastest-ageing populations in the region, questions about how a healthy ageing supplement is absorbed are no longer secondary. How much of an active compound reaches circulation, and how efficiently, is increasingly the standard by which formulations are assessed. With NANOBOOST now the first patent-pending delivery technology of its class available in Asia, consumers across the region can apply that standard to their supplement choices for the first time.

East West Barbershop and the "Export" of a Brand

HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 September 2026 – Rather than relying solely on domestic franchising, East West Barbershop(Dong Tay Barbershop) has chosen an internationalization strategy: exporting its business model while bringing Vietnamese barbers into the global labor market through overseas franchises.

East West Barbershop identifies international franchising as a key growth strategy.
East West Barbershop identifies international franchising as a key growth strategy.

Among the Top 10 Notable Barbershop Chains Worldwide

From local barber shops, many brands have grown into global chains with hundreds or thousands of locations.

Great Clips, TONI&GUY, QB House, Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty, Yongqi Beauty & Hair and East West Barbershop are among the notable names in the global hair and grooming industry. Their success is built on scalable business models, consistent service quality and strong customer experiences.

Founded in Vietnam in 2018 by Nguyen Hoai Thanh, East West Barbershop has expanded to more than 130 locations across Vietnam, Thailand, China, Uzbekistan and Europe, with over 1,000 barbers serving thousands of customers weekly.

East West Barbershop has developed an “Experience Barbershop” concept, combining grooming services with relaxing spaces featuring children’s play areas, billiards, chess, piano and green spaces.

Beyond haircuts and shampoo, the brand offers hair treatments, styling, massage, nail care, shoe cleaning and smartphone sterilization. Standardized operations and training ensure consistent quality across its network.

The brand also operates convenient-format shops in residential areas and shopping centers, providing fast and affordable services.

Combining Domestic Growth with International Franchising

According to the company, franchising is more than a way to expand a brand. It is also a means of transferring a business model that has already been tested and refined.

For East West Barbershop, the long-term ambition is to “Export Vietnamese Barbering” to international markets.

Nguyen Hoai Thanh, Chairman of East West Barbershop Vietnam JSC, said that in developed markets, building a new service brand often requires substantial investment and involves multiple challenges, including location, staffing, marketing, legal compliance and customer trust.

By adopting a franchise model, partners can shorten the time required to launch a business, reduce initial costs and limit early-stage risks.

“This is an opportunity for Vietnamese service brands like ours to gradually enter global markets through franchising, rather than limiting our growth to the domestic market,” Nguyen Hoai Thanh said.

East West Barbershop does not view franchising simply as a way to increase its store count. Its broader ambition is to create opportunities for Vietnamese barbers to work and build careers internationally.

    Standardizing Talent for Global Integration

For international franchising, East West Barbershop considers human resources critical. The company focuses on professional training, standardized skills and service procedures to ensure consistent quality across markets.

The company also supports barbers with training, legal procedures and adaptation to overseas workplaces, while providing housing and education assistance.

Its goal is to build a Vietnamese service brand with a presence in multiple countries, bringing Vietnamese barbering to the global men’s grooming market.

The MOU establishes a framework through which the companies will explore utilizing Enveniam’s experience in nuclear engineering, project integration, safety analysis, licensing support, project controls, operational readiness and complex energy infrastructure to advance NANO Nuclear’s developing reactor, nuclear fuel fabrication and transportation capabilities. Any specific services, funding, projects or commercial commitments between the parties would be subject to separate definitive agreements.

“This MOU brings together two organizations with complementary capabilities across the advanced nuclear value chain,” said Jay Yu, Founder and Chairman of NANO Nuclear Energy. “NANO Nuclear is building a vertically integrated platform spanning microreactors, nuclear fuel and transportation, while Enveniam brings extensive experience integrating complex nuclear and energy programs. By exploring opportunities together, we aim to strengthen the practical pathway from technology development to regulatory licensing, manufacturing and deployment, while preserving the flexibility to evaluate each potential project on its individual merits.”

“Enveniam is focused on bringing disciplined project integration, technical depth and delivery certainty to critical energy missions,” said Doug Freund, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Government Services and Executive Officer of Enveniam. “NANO Nuclear is advancing a broad portfolio that touches several important parts of the emerging advanced nuclear market. This framework gives our teams the opportunity to assess where Enveniam’s engineering, project controls, licensing, safety and operational capabilities can help translate promising nuclear technologies and infrastructure concepts into executable projects.”

Exploring Broad Cooperation Across the Nuclear Value Chain

Under the MOU, NANO Nuclear and Enveniam expect to evaluate potential cooperation across six principal workstreams:

    • Nuclear fuel transportation: engineering, safety, operational and regulatory support for NANO Nuclear’s HALEU transportation systems, including transport-basket optimization, regulatory filings and security protocols.
    • Conversion and deconversion: engineering design, criticality-safety analysis, integrated safety assessments and licensing-strategy support for potential uranium conversion and deconversion facilities.
    • Microreactor commercialization: technical support for siting, licensing, engineering, fabrication, project controls, risk management, safety-basis development, operations planning and deployment readiness for NANO Nuclear’s lead KRONOS MMR™ Energy System project or NANO Nuclear’s portable microreactor designs.

    • Domestic fuel supply chain: strategic, program-management, technical and compliance support spanning sourcing, fabrication, qualification, transportation and delivery.
    • Commercial energy markets: joint market development and stakeholder engagement concerning potential electricity and process-heat solutions for data centers, remote and off-grid communities, Alaska Native organizations, island states and territories, and other energy-intensive users.

“Commercializing advanced nuclear technology requires more than a strong reactor design,” said James Walker, Chief Executive Officer of NANO Nuclear Energy. “It requires disciplined licensing, safety analysis, project controls, supply-chain coordination, manufacturing planning and operational readiness. Enveniam’s capabilities closely align with our expertise and business plans across these critical workflows. We believe this collaboration can help us evaluate projects more efficiently, identify execution risks earlier and build stronger delivery plans as opportunities advance toward definitive agreements.”

Building a Disciplined Path to Definitive Projects

The MOU calls for establishing a joint working group that would meet periodically to review potential business opportunities, identify projects that may warrant a funded statement of work or task order, and consider joint applications for federal or state funding. Each company would retain discretion over the information it shares and the opportunities it elects to pursue.

The MOU does not obligate either company to proceed with a particular project, provide services, commit funding or enter into a commercial transaction. Any such activity would require separate definitive agreements establishing the applicable scope, schedule, responsibilities, economics, intellectual-property arrangements and regulatory requirements.

Supporting Data Centers and Remote Communities

One area of potential collaboration is the development of reliable electricity and process-heat solutions for data centers and other energy-intensive customers. The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, advanced manufacturing and electrification is increasing demand for safe, dependable, around-the-clock power and creating opportunities for advanced nuclear technologies that can complement and support existing grids and energy infrastructure.

NANO Nuclear and Enveniam also intend to evaluate opportunities involving remote and off-grid communities, including Alaska Native organizations and island jurisdictions that may rely heavily on imported fossil fuels. Potential applications could include resilient power, district or industrial heat, desalination and hybrid energy systems combining microreactors with renewable generation. Any deployment would remain subject to technical feasibility, stakeholder support, financing, licensing and definitive project documentation.

Strengthening the Domestic Nuclear Fuel Cycle

The MOU also supports NANO Nuclear’s broader strategy of developing capabilities across critical portions of the domestic nuclear fuel cycle. Through its subsidiaries Advanced Fuel Transportation Inc. and HALEU Energy Fuel Inc., NANO Nuclear is pursuing transportation and fuel-fabrication capabilities intended to support its own reactor programs and the wider advanced nuclear industry.

Enveniam’s experience in project integration, nuclear operations, engineering, safety, licensing, supply-chain management and operational readiness may complement NANO Nuclear’s work in fuel transportation, conversion and deconversion, fabrication and manufacturing. The companies believe that coordinated planning across these activities could help identify bottlenecks, improve project definition and support a more secure and resilient U.S. nuclear fuel supply chain.
