Captiva Verde Installing, Building and Launching the First Group of Water Stations for the Military and the Hotel Industry During This September of 2026

Jacksonville, Florida – Newsfile Corp. – September 3, 2026 – Captiva Verde Corp. (CSE: PWR) (OTC Pink: CPIVF) (the “Company or Captiva“) announces the launch of the first atmospheric water (“AWG”) stations for the Military and Hotel Industry during this month of September. Each unique facility and location will be separately announced via news release with the commissioning.

One of the hotel groups is an American multi-national company that operates, franchises, and licenses lodging brands that include hotels, residential, and time-share properties. The company owns over 30+ hotel and timeshare brands, with 9,000 locations and over 1.5 million rooms across its network.

The goal of the company, with respect to hospitality, is to have our AWG stations in every hotel possible.

Brian Conlan, Captiva Verde CEO, states: “We are blessed to have the quality of the Military and Hotel Industry to showcase environmental stewardship. Water produced by the atmosphere is both purer than water from an aquifer or traditional bottled water. Additionally, every gallon produced from AWG prevents an identical gallon from being depleted from our highly stressed reservoirs. Purity and health meet conservation.”

Our largest current model (up to 10,000+ gpd), Captiva Verde water stations, to be constructed across the world, cost a fraction of traditional infrastructure upgrades, but deliver pure, virgin water. This creates a new economy, a new industry, new jobs, and delivers pure water that is both “plastic-free” and produced “on location,” rather than being shipped for hundreds of miles. Our Origen stations are where sustainability meets purity.

Here is the link to our two-minute video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_pORF_ERIg The following link is our water toxicity map. Enter your zip code or use the interactive map to pick your zip code area in your state and click on the “contaminants” tab. vivo Joins 2nd Global Corporate Belt and Road High-Quality Development Summit, Highlighting Local Engagement Across Southeast Asia

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach Newswire – 3 September 2026 – vivo today joined the 2nd Global Corporate Belt and Road High-Quality Development Summit in Singapore, highlighting how technology companies can build deeper cultural connections and long-term shared value through local engagement. With discussions spanning Maritime Silk Road cultural and economic cooperation, vivo shared its community-centered approach across Southeast Asia, from young visual storytelling and cultural innovation to sustainable operations and local community support.

For vivo, global growth begins with local understanding. By listening to local voices, respecting cultural practices, and responding to community priorities, vivo is committed to turning “Joy Connects the Future” into long-term action across Southeast Asia.

Mobile Imaging Bridges Youth and Local Culture

Understanding a community begins with appreciating the perspectives that shape everyday life. Mobile imaging provides an accessible way for young people to capture everyday experiences, bringing unique perspectives and cultural expression to broader audiences. Building on this potential, vivo and the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme launched “Capture the Future: Global Youth Visual Storytelling Initiative for People and Nature,” encouraging young people to explore the connections between people, nature and communities through visual expression.

Across Southeast Asia, this global vision is being translated into locally rooted programs that encourage young people to engage with culture, environment and society through mobile imaging. In Thailand, “vivo Academy – Capture the Future,” developed in partnership with the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at Thammasat University, combines professional guidance, hands-on practice and creator exchanges to encourage university students to explore creative expression and develop their creative skills. By extending learning beyond the classroom and opening up further creative opportunities for promising young talent, the program reflects vivo’s broader commitment to nurturing the next generation of creators and contributing its imaging expertise to local communities.

    Local Innovation for Everyday Culture

Cultural understanding extends beyond storytelling into everyday experiences. By combining technology with local insights, vivo develops products and initiatives that reflect how people celebrate, connect and live within their communities.

In Thailand, vivo introduced an AI Songkran imaging effect for Songkran celebrations. Powered by AI portrait optimization and intelligent imaging technologies, the feature helps users capture the energy and atmosphere of one of the country’s most iconic cultural festivals. In Indonesia, vivo make appropriate arrangements for employees to conduct religious activities , reflecting respect for local traditions and diverse cultural backgrounds. These efforts fully reflect vivo’s belief that innovation becomes more meaningful when it responds to the realities of everyday life and helps people stay connected to the cultures and communities that shape them.

Growing with Communities, Creating Shared Value

For vivo, understanding local contexts is not only reflected in products and experiences, but also in how the company operates and contributes to society. Across Southeast Asia, vivo seeks to create long-term value through responsible business operations, community engagement and investment in future talent.

At vivo’s Indonesia manufacturing site, sustainability is integrated into daily operations. Green initiatives across packaging, energy management and production processes help improve resource efficiency. Corrugated cardboard is gradually replacing expanded polyethylene foam in packaging, while electric forklifts have been introduced for material handling and warehousing to reduce emissions associated with conventional fuel-powered equipment. Some reusable production materials are made available to surrounding communities at preferential prices, extending environmental efforts into tangible local value.

Across different markets, vivo supports initiatives that reflect local priorities and interests. In Malaysia, the “We Care” program has supported children and young people through community-based assistance. During the 2022 FIFA World Cup, as the tournament’s Official Smartphone Brand Partner, vivo Malaysia partnered with World Vision Malaysia on the “vivo Give It a Shot” initiative, encouraging public participation while supporting children in need. Building on this commitment, vivo launched “Dream Field 2.0” during UEFA EURO 2024, helping improve sports facilities and provide football equipment for local schools, creating a better training environment for young athletes to participate in sports and team activities.

In Thailand, following the 2025 southern floods, vivo provided support to three affected schools in Songkhla Province for the restoration of school facilities and educational resources, while offering special repair and service assistance to affected users, contributing to recovery efforts.

From empowering young people to tell local stories and reflecting cultural traditions through innovation, to advancing greener operations and supporting community development, these efforts demonstrate a consistent approach: meaningful growth begins with understanding what matters to local communities.

This people-centered approach also carries through to vivo’s product innovation. Across the vivo X Series and V Series, innovative imaging capabilities and thoughtful, user-centered design help users capture meaningful moments and enrich everyday life, reflecting vivo’s commitment to “Technology Lights Up a Bright Future.” Looking ahead, vivo will continue growing alongside users, partners and communities across Southeast Asia ,creating shared value through long-term local engagement and bringing “Joy Connects the Future” to life across the region.

Port Seni brings together four key elements:

    1. Select Shop
Operated by Api House, the Select Shop is a curated retail space featuring handmade products, artisan works and locally crafted items. It provides local makers and creative entrepreneurs with access to wider audiences while allowing visitors to take home products that reflect the creativity and character of Selangor.

    2. Gallery

The Gallery provides a platform for local artists to showcase their work and connect with new audiences. Its inaugural exhibition, Klang Art Harmony, features 61 artworks by 30 Klang artists, reflecting the diversity of styles, expressions and creative perspectives within the local art community.

    3. Café — Coming Soon

An upcoming café will complement the Port Seni experience with a welcoming space for visitors to relax, gather and enjoy food and beverages surrounded by art and culture.

    4. Pulau Ketam Art Corner

Dedicated to the artistic and cultural expressions of Pulau Ketam, the Art Corner introduces visitors to the stories, creative heritage and distinctive character of one of Klang’s unique communities.

    Beyond Retail and Exhibitions

Port Seni is designed to go beyond conventional retail and exhibition spaces through programmes such as art exhibitions, interactive workshops, creative demonstrations and themed bazaars. These activities allow visitors to discover not only the products, but also the people, creative processes and stories behind them.
For local artists, artisans and creative entrepreneurs, Port Seni provides access to wider audiences and opportunities to introduce their work and brands, gather market feedback and explore new collaborations.

    Connecting Local Creativity with Tourism
Port Seni also aims to strengthen the connection between local creativity and tourism, giving domestic and international visitors another way to experience Klang and Selangor through local artworks, craftsmanship, products and stories.

As a tourism ambassador for Klang, GM Klang sees art and culture as complementary to the city’s heritage and as another reason for visitors to explore Klang. Through Port Seni, GM Klang also hopes to contribute to the development of creative tourism in Selangor

    From Commerce to Creativity

Port Seni reflects GM Klang’s ongoing evolution from a traditional B2B wholesale destination towards a B2B2C approach, continuing to strengthen its wholesale foundation while broadening experiences and opportunities for consumers, businesses and the wider community.

GM Klang General Manager Chloe Tan Siang Hui said the evolution is about adding value to GM Klang’s established business ecosystem rather than moving away from its wholesale identity.

“GM Klang has long been recognised for its strong B2B wholesale foundation. As business landscapes and consumer lifestyles evolve, we are moving towards a B2B2C approach while continuing to strengthen that foundation. Port Seni is part of this direction, bringing art, culture and local creativity into the GM Klang ecosystem while connecting local talent with wider audiences, markets and opportunities,” she said.
The launch marks another step in GM Klang’s ongoing transformation beyond traditional commerce, bringing business, art, culture, tourism and community closer together.
With its gallery, artisan retail space, cultural showcase, creative programmes and upcoming café, Port Seni aims to become a destination where visitors can discover local creativity, connect with the stories behind the works and take-home products reflecting the character of Klang and Selangor.
Located at Pavilion 5, Block C, GM Klang, Bandar Botanik, Klang, Port Seni is a new destination where visitors can discover art, culture and locally made creative products all in one place.

When AI Helps Shape the Dream Trip, ONYX Hospitality Group Brings More of What You Love to Life

With 54% of travellers now confident using AI to plan or book travel, ONYX Hospitality Group highlights the role hospitality plays in turning increasingly personalised travel plans into meaningful real-world experiences.

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutReach Newswire – 3 September 2026 – “Three days and two nights by the sea, easy to reach, with great local food.” Today, a prompt this simple can help shape an entire holiday.

When AI Helps Shape the Dream Trip, ONYX Hospitality Group Brings More of What You Love to Life

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how travellers discover destinations and plan their time away. According to Skyscanner’s Travel Trends 2026 report, based on a survey of 22,000 travellers worldwide, 54% are confident using AI to help plan or book their travel.

But while AI can help travellers define their ideal trip in seconds, it cannot create the experience itself.

The memories that ultimately define a journey still happen in the real world: discovering a neighbourhood, tasting something for the first time, connecting with local people, spending uninterrupted time together or simply finding somewhere to slow down.

For ONYX Hospitality Group, this shift towards increasingly personalised travel reflects the thinking behind its consumer promise, More of What You Love – recognising that the perfect trip means something different to every traveller.

Across four distinctive hospitality brands – Amari, OZO, Shama and Oriental Residence – ONYX provides different ways to experience a destination, enabling travellers to turn what they are searching for on screen into experiences that reflect how they actually want to spend their time.

For travellers who want to feel the destination: Amari

For those asking AI to find somewhere rich in local culture, food and experiences, Amari, ONYX Hospitality Group’s upper-upscale brand, offers a deeper connection with place.

Guided by its brand essence, Transforming Every Stay with Local Soul That Lasts, Amari brings destinations to life through Local Flairs, Curated Perspectives, Ari Service, and Soulful Gatherings & Inspired Exchange.

From local flavours and cultural encounters to thoughtful recommendations and warm Thai hospitality, the experience is designed to help guests discover more of the destination while creating memories that remain long after they leave.

For travellers who want to get out and experience more: OZO

With the freedom to explore and enjoy each destination in their own way, travellers can make the most of their time at OZO.

OZO, ONYX Hospitality Group’s lifestyle brand, is designed around comfort, energy and flexibility, creating stays that fit naturally with the different ways people travel. Well-considered rooms support a great night’s sleep, while lively spaces provide places to relax and enjoy activities, and fast and seamless connectivity makes it easy to stay connected.

Because everyone unwinds differently, OZO gives guests the freedom to spend their time in their own way. They can head out to discover something new, enjoy the activities they love or return to the hotel to relax and recharge. Friendly and efficient service makes each stay feel familiar and effortless, helping guests feel at ease throughout their stay.

Whether the plan is a packed weekend of discovery or simply enjoying the destination at an individual pace, OZO makes the hotel an effortless base for experiencing more.

For travellers who want to live like a local: Shama

As AI makes it easier to plan longer and more personalised stays, Shama responds to travellers who want time to settle into a destination rather than simply pass through it.

Guided by The Joy of Living, Shama brings the familiarity and comfort of home to the journey, with spaces designed for guests to live, work and unwind naturally and in their own way. Guests can continue their everyday routines, enjoy the things they love and make time for themselves, while also connecting with the surrounding neighbourhood and community.

Over time, guests can discover the places, people and everyday rhythms around them, making an unfamiliar destination feel more familiar and connected. This makes Shama more than simply a place to stay, but a space to live in the destination and enjoy the journey in their own way.

For travellers who want to slow down: Oriental Residence

For travellers whose ideal prompt includes tranquillity, privacy and space to recharge, Oriental Residence offers a different interpretation of luxury.

Guided by its brand essence, Peace of Mind, and The Art of Intuitive Refinement, Oriental Residence combines residential comfort with thoughtful, discreet hospitality.

Its Invisible Hand service philosophy anticipates guests’ needs without intruding on their personal space, creating a Sanctuary of Restoration where they can pause, recharge and find balance amid the pace of modern life.

From personalised search to personalised experience

AI may be making travel planning faster, smarter and increasingly personalised, but the rise of technology is also encouraging travellers to think more carefully about something fundamentally human: what do I actually want from my time away?

For one traveller, the answer might be discovering a destination through its food and culture. For another, it might mean exploring from morning until night, living like a local for several weeks, or doing very little at all.

That diversity sits at the heart of More of What You Love.

As technology becomes increasingly sophisticated at helping travellers decide where to go, ONYX Hospitality Group is focused on what happens next – creating the places, experiences and human connections that turn the trip imagined on screen into one worth remembering.

Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri leads Shopee’s inaugural contingent, with MadNor as flag bearer, in celebration of national pride and Malaysia’s entrepreneurial spirit

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 3 September 2026 – Shopee marked its first participation in Malaysia’s National Day Parade with a contingent celebrating the people helping to move the country forward, from home-grown entrepreneurs and digital creators to the employees supporting Malaysia’s growing digital economy.

Shopee Malaysia Celebrates National Day at Dataran Putrajaya

Leading the Shopee contingent was Malaysian entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman, with content creator Muhammad Noor Zakaria, better known as MadNor, as flag bearer. They were joined by 45 Shopee employees from across the business. As the Shopee contingent made its way along the parade route, it was greeted with cheers and applause from spectators, marking a memorable National Day Parade debut for Shopee.

Together, the contingent brought to life the spirit of Shopee Juara Lokal, Shopee’s Merdeka campaign celebrating the determination, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of Malaysians. Shopee’s first participation in the national parade was both a celebration of national pride and a salute to the local entrepreneurs and communities the platform has grown alongside in Malaysia.

    A Salute to Malaysian Entrepreneurship

At the head of the contingent, Datuk Seri Aliff represented the entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of Shopee Juara Lokal. Founder of health and beauty brand D’Herbs and fondly known to many Malaysians as “Papa Terlajak Laris,” his journey reflects the ambition of local business owners who have built brands from the ground up and continue to find new ways to grow.

“Before this, I was always just watching the parade from the sidelines, so to finally experience it for myself was really something special,” said Datuk Seri Aliff. “People may only see five minutes of the parade, but behind those five minutes are days of rehearsals, early mornings and a lot of teamwork. Once we were in formation, it didn’t matter what your title or background was – we were all Malaysians, celebrating Merdeka together. For me, that’s what made the experience truly meaningful.”

Carrying the Shopee flag was MadNor, a Malaysian content creator known for his humorous, straight-talking advice to Gen Z on spending and everyday money matters. “Being able to represent Shopee at this year’s Merdeka Parade is something I’m really grateful for. I never imagined that my journey into the digital and content space would give me the chance to be part of an event like this,” said MadNor. “Marching alongside my fellow Malaysians in the Shopee contingent felt like I was representing everyone who took a chance on themselves and dared to dream bigger. To me, that’s what Malaysia is about – ordinary people doing extraordinary things.”

For the 45 Shopee employees marching alongside them, the occasion was just as personal. Thines Kumar, described it as “an unforgettable experience” to march alongside colleagues and fellow Malaysians. On the other hand, Delphinie Chan who helped coordinate the contingent – beginning with recruitment, all the way until the rehearsals and the actual day – said seeing everyone’s hard work come together on parade day was “truly inspiring”.

For Zulaikha Zainul, she finally fulfilled a long-held wish to take part in the parade.

“I’ve always wanted to be part of the Merdeka parade. Growing up, I only got to watch it on screen,” said Zulaikha. “Having grown up overseas for part of my life, my friends always teased me for being ‘not Malaysian enough’, so I guess this was my chance to prove them wrong! It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a special way to feel the spirit of Merdeka.”

The 45 employees represented the thousands of Malaysians working in Shopee behind the scenes to support buyers, sellers, and the wider e-commerce community.

For Shopee, local entrepreneurs have been an important part of that community. Over the past decade, Shopee has supported Malaysian MSMEs at different stages of their journeys, from businesses taking their first steps online to established home-grown brands reaching customers nationwide and beyond.

    Moving Forward, Together

Nik Emir Nik Din, Head of Public Policy and External Affairs, Shopee Malaysia, said: “Merdeka is a celebration of what Malaysians can build and achieve together, and of the people who will carry our country forward. Seeing an entrepreneur, a creator and our own employees marching together was especially meaningful because, in different ways, they represent the community Shopee has grown alongside in Malaysia.

“Our first National Day Parade was an opportunity to celebrate that community and salute the entrepreneurial spirit we see across the country every day. Behind every home-grown business is someone who took an idea, acted on it and kept building, often through challenges and uncertainty.

“As Malaysia moves forward, we want to continue doing our part by helping more local entrepreneurs strengthen their capabilities, reach more customers and take their ambitions further. Their success contributes not only to the digital economy, but to the communities and livelihoods around them.”
