Thailand Accelerates Industrial Ecosystem Upgrade to Attract Global Investment

I-EA-T strengthens investment readiness through faster approvals, modern infrastructure and clean energy

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutRech Newswire – 21 September 2026 – The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T) is accelerating efforts to strengthen Thailand’s industrial ecosystem and enhance its readiness for global investment.Under its “I-EA-T RAPID Forward” strategy, the Authority is working to remove regulatory barriers, shorten administrative processes, upgrade infrastructure and clean-energy systems, and deliver internationally benchmarked investor services. The initiative aims to improve industrial competitiveness and reinforce Thailand’s position as a long-term manufacturing base for global industries.

    image-1.jpeg

Mr. Sumet Tangprasert, Governor of I-EA-T, said a key priority is to reduce the time between an investor’s decision and the commencement of business operations while creating an ecosystem that supports sustainable long-term growth.

I-EA-T reports that Thailand has 84 industrial estates across 18 provinces, covering more than 216,000 rai, or approximately 34,560 hectares. The estates represent cumulative investment of around 13.43 trillion baht and support more than 1.09 million jobs.

“Today’s investors are no longer simply looking for land on which to build factories. They require an ecosystem that allows them to invest and begin operations quickly, supported by reliable infrastructure that can preserve their competitiveness over the long term,” Mr. Sumet said.

“I-EA-T is therefore evolving from an industrial estate developer into a strategic partner for investors under the concept of ‘Accelerating Industry towards a Sustainable Future.’”

    Faster Investment through Thailand FastPass

I-EA-T is supporting the Thailand FastPass program to help approved investment projects progress more quickly from licensing to commercial operations.

The program is being implemented alongside the Standard Code of Practice (SCOP), which allows eligible site-preparation activities to proceed under prescribed environmental requirements while an Environmental Impact Assessment report is being prepared. I-EA-T is also streamlining overlapping procedures and introducing self-certification to improve certainty and shorten project-development timelines.

As part of its immediate priorities, I-EA-T is pursuing five “Quick Wins”:

    1. Upgrading smart-grid systems to improve power reliability and reduce energy costs
    2. Expanding the Total Solution Center Plus+ for investors
    3. Improving utility systems for downstream industries
    4. Developing Low Carbon Cities in industrial-estate areas
    5. Connecting industrial estates with global supply chains

    Advancing Low-Carbon Industry

I-EA-T is among the initial public-sector participants in Thailand’s Low Carbon Cities and Carbon Market Development Project, supported by the World Bank Group with total project financing of US$200 million.

The nationwide initiative links renewable-energy and energy-efficiency investments with carbon-market infrastructure. Beginning with I-EA-T and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, it will promote solar photovoltaic systems, energy-efficiency improvements and a scalable mechanism for generating and monetizing verified carbon credits.

The measures are expected to lower energy costs, reduce emissions across industrial supply chains and strengthen Thailand’s competitiveness during the global transition to a low-carbon economy.

Smart Park Incentives for Future Industries

I-EA-T is also offering incentives at Smart Park Industrial Estate for New S-Curve industries and international companies seeking to diversify their manufacturing bases.

The package includes two-year waivers of land lease and facility-maintenance fees, subject to a minimum lease term of 10 years. Investors may provide a cash deposit or bank guarantee equivalent to one year’s rent and must commence operations within three years of receiving permission to use the land.

The incentives are available until September 30, 2027.

“Thailand’s future competitiveness will depend not on offering the lowest costs, but on an investment ecosystem that brings together energy, technology, innovation, digital infrastructure, utilities and environmental management,” Mr. Sumet said.

“I-EA-T is committed to designing an industrial ecosystem that directly supports foreign investment and reinforces Thailand’s position as a long-term investment and manufacturing base for global industries.”

  • Phancy Ranks First Overall in IDC’s Assessment of China’s AI Computing Resource Management Platforms, Receiving Full Scores in Four Key Dimensions

Phancy Ranks First Overall in IDC’s Assessment of China’s AI Computing Resource Management Platforms, Receiving Full Scores in Four Key Dimensions

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 21 September 2026 – Phancy Group Co., Ltd. (“Phancy” or “the Group”, stock code: 6682.HK), a leading full-stack enterprise-AI cloud services platform, ranked first overall in the latest 2026 China AI Computing Resource Management Platform Technology Capability Assessment, published by International Data Corporation (“IDC”), a global technology intelligence firm.

The assessment evaluated multiple leading AI computing resource management platform providers in China and noted Phancy’s industry-leading technological maturity across heterogeneous accelerator compatibility and adaptation, large-scale cluster operations, and delivery in hybrid cloud environments. Drawing on its accumulated capabilities in heterogeneous computing resource management, fine-grained GPU virtualization and agent-oriented computing services, Phancy received full scores and outperformed the industry benchmark in four out of six evaluated dimensions[1].

According to the IDC report, as AI moves into large-scale deployment, the growing adoption of AI agents is reshaping cloud infrastructure. In the meantime, AI infrastructure is evolving beyond basic computing capacity to become a core part of the enterprise technology stack, supporting digital and intelligent transformation.

Dr. Dai Wenyuan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phancy, said: “The AI industry is moving beyond the ‘model race’ and entering a new phase of large-scale deployment. For enterprises, the real challenge is no longer whether they can access large language models, but about how to translate agentic AI capabilities into sustained productivity while keeping costs under control and operations stable. IDC’s assessment reflects the growing importance of unified management, flexible scheduling and fine-grained operations for heterogeneous computing resources. Phancy will continue to advance its capabilities in heterogeneous computing resource scheduling and agent infrastructure, helping more enterprises unlock the value of AI with greater efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reliability.”

Five Core Capabilities Behind Phancy’s Vendor-Neutral Unified Management Platform

At the core of Phancy’s offering is vendor-neutral unified management software that supports large-scale training and high-concurrency inference for mainstream models across chips from over ten leading vendors[2]. Its core technological capabilities include:

    • Code-compatible multi-chip virtualization: Phancy supports the partitioning of a single AI accelerator across multiple workloads, enabling mainstream frameworks and inference engines, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM and SGLang, to run without changes to application code. Resource quotas help maintain stability when multiple workloads run concurrently.
    • Three-tier resource pools and intelligent workload scheduling: Phancy’s platform provides three types of resource pools: dedicated, shared and overcommitted pool. Resources can be intelligently scheduled based on four dimensions (workload priority, hardware topology, real-time load and resource requirements), enabling large-scale training and high-concurrency inference workloads to run on the same infrastructure.
    • AI gateway and dual-track metering: The AI gateway provides unified management of model routing, API calls and audit activities. Usage is measured through both accelerator hours and token consumption, helping enterprises track costs and resource utilization from the perspectives of both resource consumption and model usage.
    • Agent-oriented computing services: Phancy’s platform turns heterogeneous computing resources into standardized services that AI agents can call on demand. These services support partitioning, reuse and elastic scaling. Combined with intelligent routing through the AI gateway, this accommodates the frequent calls and fluctuating workloads associated with AI agents, while token quotas and circuit-breaking mechanisms also help enterprises manage usage risks and costs when predefined limits are exceeded.
    • Operations and maintenance for heterogeneous computing resources: Phancy’s platform provides end-to-end observability spanning nodes, accelerators, workloads and model services. It supports fault isolation, workload rescheduling and private deployment in environments without public internet access, helping enterprises improve operational efficiency across complex heterogeneous computing environments.

The report highlighted a use case in which a Chinese policy bank significant improved resource utilization by using Phancy’s three-tier resource pool architecture to manage computing resources across three data centers in two locations, while also enabling a smooth business migration.

Looking ahead, Phancy will continue to advance its AI computing resource management platform as AI infrastructure shifts from traditional “cloud + AI” architectures toward greater cloud-native, agent-oriented integration. The Group will continue to help enterprises manage computing resources more efficiently, deploy AI across a wider range of production environments, and turn AI into sustainable business productivity at scale.

[1] The assessment evaluated platforms across six dimensions: computing resource management, computing service management, compute operations, Technical architecture, business scenario support, and delivery services. According to the IDC report, the findings are intended to help enterprises evaluate and select the platforms best suited to their needs.

[2] Phancy’s platform now supports accelerators from more than ten vendors, including Ascend, Hygon DCU, Cambricon, Iluvatar CoreX, MetaX, Moore Threads, Kunlunxin, Enflame, T-Head and Biren Technology.

Eureka Marks World Cleanup Day 2026 in Germany with "Find the Unseen" Campaign

BERLIN, GERMANY – Media OutReach Newswire – 21 September 2026 – Eureka marked World Cleanup Day 2026 with its “Find the Unseen” campaign, encouraging people to look more closely at spaces that are often overlooked in everyday cleaning.

    Eureka

While World Cleanup Day often brings attention to streets, parks and other public areas, Eureka used the occasion to highlight less visible spaces around us – from overlooked corners at home to shared environments that can easily escape regular cleaning.

The campaign brought together creators across four European markets – Germany, Italy, France and Spain – with each collaboration bringing a local perspective to the idea of “Find the Unseen.”

In Germany, @mit_den_jungz explored “Find the Unseen” through a familiar everyday habit: cleaning the spaces we see, while often missing the ones we do not. By combining personal interaction with a hands-on demonstration of Eureka FloorShine 880 Wet and Dry Vacuum, the content encouraged viewers to look at familiar surroundings more carefully and reconsider what may be left out of their usual routines. In this way, the campaign idea became less about simply cleaning more, and more about noticing what is usually overlooked.

Looking ahead, Eureka plans to continue working with creators across Europe to discover more of these “unseen” spaces. Through future collaborations, the brand aims to encourage people to pay greater attention to their surroundings, both in their own homes and in the shared spaces they use every day, and make cleaner environments part of everyday life.

Eureka also introduced the “Find the Unseen” social media challenge, which invited consumers to use Eureka cleaning products on overlooked areas in their homes and share videos of the process online for a chance to receive cashback.

As part of the World Cleanup Day campaign, Eureka is offering 6% off any Eureka product from now through September 30 with the promotional code eureka920 on its German website.

Eureka Marks World Cleanup Day 2026 in France with "Find the Unseen" Cleanup Challenge

PARIS, FRANCE – Media OutReach Newswire – 21 September 2026 – Eureka marked World Cleanup Day 2026 in France with its “Find the Unseen” campaign, encouraging people to pay closer attention to places that can easily be overlooked in everyday cleaning.

    Eureka

World Cleanup Day often draws attention to streets, parks and other public areas. Eureka extended that idea into everyday environments, asking people to look beyond the spaces they clean routinely and notice the corners and shared areas that may receive far less attention.

The wider campaign brought together creators across France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with each collaboration interpreting “Find the Unseen” through a local perspective.

In France, @Antoiz turned the campaign into a real-world challenge by offering €50 to anyone who could help him find the dirtiest place possible. After speaking with people about spaces that might fit the challenge, the search led to an entrance hall where dirt had built up away from everyday attention.

Rather than simply talking about overlooked spaces, the content went out to find one. @Antoiz then put the Eureka FloorShine 880 Wet and Dry Vacuum to work on the area, turning the discovery into a hands-on cleaning challenge and showing the result after cleaning. The format gave “Find the Unseen” a literal and relatable meaning, connecting curiosity, discovery and practical cleaning in one story.

Looking ahead, Eureka plans to continue working with creators across Europe to discover more of these “unseen” spaces. Through future collaborations, the brand aims to encourage people to pay greater attention to both their homes and the shared spaces they use every day, making cleaner environments a more natural part of everyday life.

Eureka also introduced the “Find the Unseen” social media challenge, inviting consumers to clean overlooked areas in their homes with Eureka products, share videos online and participate for a chance to receive cashback.

  • From the Sarong Music Run to a Wider Travel Ecosystem: JETOUR’s Malaysia Strategy

From the Sarong Music Run to a Wider Travel Ecosystem: JETOUR’s Malaysia Strategy

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 21 September 2026 – A three-year partnership with Malaysia Marathon and the launch of a new plug-in hybrid SUV are giving Chinese automaker JETOUR a platform to deepen its presence in the Malaysian market, as the company looks beyond vehicle sales to connect with the country’s tourism, sports and lifestyle sectors.

    1

JETOUR joined the Sarong Music Run as the event’s official automotive partner on Sept. 19, 2026, with about 100 vehicles taking part in an owner convoy. On the same day, the company launched its T2 i-DM plug-in hybrid SUV in Malaysia.

The moves form part of JETOUR’s “Travel+” strategy, which seeks to link its vehicles with travel experiences, local communities and cultural activities rather than position them solely as a means of transport.

Putting the vehicle into everyday life

The T2 i-DM is being introduced to Malaysian consumers across a range of driving environments, from daily urban commutes and family trips to weekend outdoor activities.

The plug-in hybrid SUV combines electric and combustion power, while its vehicle-to-load (V2L) function allows it to supply electricity to external equipment — a feature that can be used during activities such as camping and outdoor gatherings.

For JETOUR, the Sarong Music Run provides a local setting to introduce the vehicle. The event combines the sarong, a traditional garment widely worn across the region, with music and running, bringing together cultural and sporting elements.

Rather than launching the vehicle through a conventional automotive event, JETOUR is using the occasion to place the T2 i-DM within a broader setting that reflects how Malaysians spend their leisure time.

The approach is part of the company’s wider “Travel+” strategy, which covers products, partnerships and cultural activities.

    Building a local network

Rather than treating Malaysia simply as a market for vehicle sales, JETOUR is seeking to build a broader local network spanning sports, tourism, culture and community initiatives.

JETOUR formally signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with Malaysia Marathon for cooperation from 2027 to 2029, with the signing witnessed by YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia. The partnership is intended to further connect the automaker with local travel culture and outdoor lifestyles.

“Malaysia is a key market in JETOUR’s global strategy. Since entering Malaysia, we have focused on the local market, guided by user needs and local culture as we bring our ‘Travel+‘ philosophy to life,” said Ke Chuandeng, President of JETOUR International. “Through more meaningful initiatives, we hope to build stronger connections with local users and continue to develop products and services that meet diverse mobility needs and create better travel experiences for consumers.”

Its local owner community is also developing through activities including vehicle convoys, with the company seeking to involve owners in travel experiences rather than limiting engagement to vehicle-related activities.

JETOUR is also working with Tourism Malaysia on a travel-themed film featuring the country’s landscapes and cultural diversity.

Environmental conservation is another part of the company’s local approach. Under its “In Somewhere, For Somewhere, Be Somewhere” philosophy, JETOUR has been working with local organisations on the protection of freshwater turtles, sea turtles and their habitats.

During the Sarong Music Run, representatives from the Turtle Conservation Society Malaysia (TCS) and PULIHARA, an organisation focused on sea turtle and marine ecosystem conservation, were named “JETOUR Travel Ambassadors”.

The initiatives reflect a broader shift in JETOUR’s approach — from bringing products into the market to becoming more closely involved in the local travel and lifestyle ecosystem.

A wider “TRAVEL WITH JETOUR” platform

The Sarong Music Run also provided the setting for JETOUR to highlight its travel theme through a drone light show over Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Twin Towers on the evening of the event.

    1

The display featured the “TRAVEL WITH JETOUR” travel theme and echoed the Visit Malaysia 2026 tourism campaign, incorporating local Malaysian travel elements to convey the “Travel+” spirit to audiences in Malaysia and around the world.

For JETOUR, these activities form part of a broader “Travel+” ecosystem that spans products, users, culture and travel scenarios. The company has entered more than 100 markets globally and says it has traveled alongside more than 2.51 million travelers.

Its approach places the vehicle within a broader relationship between travelers, destinations, cultures and communities, rather than viewing it solely as a means of getting from one place to another.

As JETOUR applies its “Travel+” approach across different markets, the company is continuing to build its proposition around the different ways people experience and engage with the places they visit.

Little Footprints Preschool Involves All 47 Centres Nationwide for Community Outreach Day

Babilou Cares 2026 brings together families, educators and community partners at 47 centres for coordinated activities spanning elderly welfare, sustainability, food security and kindness.

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach Newswire – 21 September 2026 – Little Footprints Preschool, operated by Babilou Family Singapore, brought together all 47 of its islandwide centres on 17 July 2026 for its fifth annual Babilou Cares community outreach day. The Singapore preschool network offering infant care and childcare programmes drew families, educators and partners including NParks, NEA, TOUCH Community Services and Food from the Heart into a day of hands-on community service. In a shift from previous fundraising-driven editions, the 2026 campaign focused on direct action across four pillars (elderly welfare, food security, environmental sustainability and community kindness) to embed the group’s Sustainable Education™ framework into practical learning for young children.

    Little Footprints Preschool Community Drive

    Bringing Generations Together
Under intergenerational engagement, 16 Little Footprints centres, including its childcare centres at Punggol and Bedok Reservoir, worked with community sites operated by partners including TOUCH Community Services, NTUC Health and REACH Community Services to spend time with the elderly. Families travelled to these sites, where over 40 parents joined their children to lead stretching exercises, sing-alongs, storytelling and the creation of dementia-friendly cognitive activities designed to support memory, thinking and social engagement among seniors.

    Supporting Families Through Food Security
Families across Little Footprints’ Punggol 168 and Punggol 107 centres came together for a donation drive, collecting over 30kg of food and 20kg of textiles. These were redistributed to community shops and beneficiaries through partners including Food from the Heart and Cloop, and directly to lower-income families at rental flats. Alongside the collection, parents and children took part in food sustainability talks that introduced them to the systems behind what ends up on their plates.

Learning to Care for the Environment
For the environmental sustainability pillar, waste became the raw material. Families across 12 Little Footprints centres joined partners NParks, the Public Hygiene Council and NEA in neighbourhood and beach clean-ups, upcycling workshops and recycled art sessions, turning bottles, chopsticks and T-shirts into tote bags, garden tools, artwork and clean-up equipment.

In particular, Little Footprints’ Balestier centre gathered 11 families to jointly upcycle and craft more than a dozen items, including coin boxes, flower vases, play boxes, decorations and shakers.

    Practising Kindness in the Community
Lastly, kindness took many forms across 15 Little Footprints centres. At the Depot and Keat Hong 803 centres, over 70 parents gave out thank-you cards to hawkers, clinic staff and helpers around neighbourhood shopping centres. A mental wellness workshop was hosted in partnership with Heartfulness, and in the neighbourhoods surrounding each centre, families hand-delivered care packs to cleaners, security staff, hawkers and bus captains. This included 32 care packs distributed by the Thomson centre to hawkers and cleaners, as well as Milo and biscuit care packs distributed by Bukit Purmei centre to community cleaners.

At Jurong West 976 centre, the team also prepared 100 care packs, including packet drinks, biscuits, fruit, instant cereal and instant coffee. Staff and children gave out the care packs to elderly residents in the neighbourhood as part of the children’s learning experience, helping them understand the importance of caring for and contributing to the community.

A Sustained Commitment to Community Engagement
Held annually across the wider Babilou Family Group network, Babilou Cares reflects a longer-term commitment to weaving community engagement into classroom practice year-round.

The Sustainable Education framework guides how children learn across four dimensions: emotional and physical safety, nature-based learning, inclusion and partnering with parents. Community engagement activities run through each of these, giving children opportunities to apply what they learn in the classroom to the world around them.

In 2025, the initiative raised $43,000 for Ground-Up Initiative, an organisation focused on sustainability and reconnecting people with nature. The funds directly supported the development of its new Kampung Kampus in Khatib, a living classroom where children, families, youths and educators engage in hands-on learning rooted in sustainable living and the kampung spirit.

In May 2024, closure day activities across Little Footprints centres raised $69,343 for World Vision, an international children’s charity. The funds provided lunches, medicine, emergency food and vegetable seed packs for children and families in need, while helping children at Little Footprints build empathy for hungry and malnourished children, alongside a deeper sense of gratitude for their food and an early understanding of food sustainability.

The move away from a fundraising figure this year shifts the emphasis to the act of doing, on children, families and educators showing up together, in every neighbourhood, on the same day.
