走過充滿挑戰的第一季，保瑞預期近期併購建立新的穩健根基 重啟策略投資驅動CDMO下一篇章

2026年第一季營運與財務重點：

• 第一季合併營收為新台幣40.01億元，季減17.68%，每股盈餘為0.21元，毛利率與上季相比持穩。本季度中雙引擎事業體所面臨的階段性逆風包括學名藥市場於1至2月出現價格與需求波動，致使Upsher-Smith營收較最近四季平均下滑18.63%，以及馬里蘭州無菌針劑廠依計畫進行為期六周的半年度檢修，無菌針劑廠固定成本較高使得獲利承壓。
